of the delivery network
The Champions Programme is about recognising and
rewarding excellent organisations and encouraging them to disseminate
their best practice to other organisations - large or small.
The programme's aim is to create and retain interest in the Investors
in People Standard. We currently have 16 Champion organisations across
the UK, willing and able to share stories of success and how Investors
in People has helped their journey.
Dissemination of best practice takes place through
Champion best practice sharing activities:
Presentations:
Representatives from Champion organisations are available for
presentations through the
Investors in People Ambassador Programme. Invite them to your event
and hear their amazing stories of success in business through their
Investors in People journey.
Mentoring:
Champions are available to mentor any organisation that would
like to speak to someone with first hand knowledge of Investors in People.
Whether it be a one off meeting to discuss a particular issue, or a
series of communications to steer them through whichever stage they
are in, then the Champions are here to help and impart their expertise.
Site Visits:
In January, March and May 2005 Champion organisations are opening
their doors to allow organisations the opportunity to see and hear first
hand how they run their business, and how Investors in People has been
beneficial to it.
